Newbies from MAC & Sephora

These were bought about a month ago... So I've had the pleasure of really testing out these products.

From MAC I purchased:

Eye shadow quad ALL WOMAN
Colours: FLAWLESS FIGURE, BRAINS & BRAWN, ALL WOMAN, BLACK MAGIQUE

- colours are warm to neutral
- Flawless Figure is pretty frosted, a little harder to blend into a look
- Brains & Brawn is my fave, great for contouring the eye
- All Woman is a greyish green with soft sparkle
- Black Magique is a great alternative to black. Has a brown tone to it & hint of shimmer

Over all it a good palette to throw in your makeup bag for a weekend away. Would make killer smoky eye!

Studio Finish Concealer NW20

- has SPF 35
- great coverage for blemishes
- not great for under eyes, a little drying, could settle in creases
- long lasting result

MAC makeup brush 128

-I actually returned this brush as it wasn't the size I was looking for


From Sephora I purchased:

YSL Rouge Pur Couture -Glossy Lip Stain

- Colour is #7, a coral shade
- Long lasting stain that is also glossy! How'd they do that?!
- I love the colour for work or night out, so easy to wear
- Will probably buy more, however they are quite pricey ($34)

I was really happy with the kit. It has quite a few full sized items. I love the Argan Oil. I've started using it at night and my skin feels super hydrated!

Also, the Stila eyeliner is amazing! The Benefit lip gloss is one of my all time faves in the shade Dolly. I'm actually going to used some of the them as Xmas gifts, which will save me some money also.

Ok I am obsessed with these lip blams! I love the Rose one, such a beautiful nude pink colour. I wear it to work all the time. Lasts on my lips for a long time. Feels so comfortable and moisturized.

This might be the best foundation I've ever purchased!  It's so lightweight. The coverage is medium. It really is illuminating and gives a glowy finish. It was such a good price too! It was about $45 with the discount... And it costs $60 in Canada so I'm happy I picked one up.

A great price for this product. It's like a cheaper version of the YSL Touche Éclat. It helps to brighten the eye area. I use it over makeup. Great for touch ups too.
